This would allow to qualify and to quantify the local and regional environmental impact. Different concepts, methods and techniques have been considered and conveniently integrated. A body of relational decision matrices has been developed, in which the magnitude, sign, significance and temporality impact concepts are included. Different indices levels have also been developed. |
