| description | The work which is set in the following pages is formed by four parts.\nThe first one is about the conceptual guide which is the context of the thesis, it is structured by the theoric components defined in the proposed topic, it means, first the production of the city and the access to the soil, recognizing the capitalist model of urbanization, and thru its theoretical - critic development is the social production of the habitat as an alternative way of production of the latin american cities.\nIn the second component of this first part is proposed the theoretical - practical contact with the development of the territory recognizing through the national context the topic studied the different variables which have to be considered to define if the proposed time is correct or not to conclude that in the studied area there was a development process.\nAt last as a third component of this first part it is proposed to identify the social organization situation in the Latin American context, their characteristics and products, at the same time to point the development of this aspect in Ecuador.\nIn the second part of the thesis is developed the methodological structure to get the resources and the definition of the variable analisis of the source work in the study field.\nThe third part of the thesis is the development of the study case which is in "El Comité Del Pueblo" as a part of the urban structure of Quito city besides as a social organization which searched land for poor and popular people. This third part has two components which are: First. A descriptive analisis what "El Comité Del Pueblo" was about as a social organization and the place which it had in the territory; second. A present situation analisis as a reference to the experience of the Social Organization Pro Vivienda Popular Comité del Pueblo which let me establish conclusions according to the theoric components and proposed objectives.\nThe fourth and last part is proposed a set of conclusions as in theoric aspect as in the practical development of the investigation which let verify the hipothesis and objectives set in the thesis. |
