| Sumario: | From the year 2003 the State prompted a set of public policies to promote regional development and to recover the national industry. Also, with the creation of the authority of Matanza-Riachuelo basin (2006) began a new stage of socio-environmental management and debate on the future productive matrix of the basin. In this context, this project intends to analyze and provide information on the basin?s industrial dynamics, its actors and interests, in relation to the inter jurisdictional compendium of territorial and environmental standards that promote and regulate industrial activity. From the selection of two cases of study, the city of Buenos Aires and the municipality of Lanús, we wonder: which are the obstacles that territorial and environmental regulations present for the development of productive activities? How are costs and benefits of the industrial activity distributed on the territory? The results of this research will provide information about the performance of the institutional and economic actors in the new context of environmental management, a diagnosis of the productive profile and industrial dynamics of the selected cases and barriers / facilitators presented for innovation, restructuring, production specialization of activities that are located there. |
